Welcome to Freestone Press Printmaking Studio & Workshop
Nestled in the bushland along the Freestone Creek in the beautiful township of Briagolong, situated at the gateway to the Great Diving Range, East Gippsland, Australia, Freestone Press offers a large Studio Space with an etching press, a relief press and all facilities for relief and intaglio printing. Groups of up to 10 printmakers at a time can work in the studio.
Freestone Press offers studio access days on Fridays Studio Access Days from 9.30am – 4.30pm with Gillian Kline as technician on site. Freestone Press regularly offers workshops with visiting professional and practicing artists. Basic Printmaking skills workshops are facilitated by Gillian Kline.
Freestone Press now has 15 printmakers that use the studio regularly and participate in exhibitions.
